Payment

Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered. We work directly with several major insurance companies. Certain services may not be covered by your insurance policy. It is your responsibility to check your benefits ahead of time and to be prepared to make any out-of pocket payments at the time of the visit.

A fee up to the amount of the scheduled exam will be charged for appointments missed or canceled without twenty-four hours advance notice.
